Pipeline Reclaim provides business-to-business revenue-recovery, sales follow-up, consulting, implementation, and related services.

Specific services, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, engagement periods, and other commercial terms are defined in the individual service agreement accepted by each client.

Results vary based on factors including client data quality, market conditions, sales performance, client responsiveness, and implementation. Pipeline Reclaim does not guarantee a specific amount of revenue, jobs, appointments, or sales unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate system access, and timely cooperation required to perform agreed services.

Fees and payment terms are governed by the applicable client agreement or invoice.

Pipeline Reclaim retains ownership of its proprietary processes, systems, templates, and methodologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
