Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pipeline Reclaim provides customized business-to-business services that may include setup, implementation, campaign preparation, consulting, and ongoing management.

Client cancellation rights, minimum engagement periods, renewal terms, and payment obligations are defined in the service agreement accepted before services begin.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable service agreement, payments for completed setup, implementation, or services already performed are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing in accordance with the applicable client agreement.
